[海參發泡方法]
1.在常溫下將乾海參放在容器中浸泡約1-2天,每12小時需換一次水。
2.用大火將水燒滾,放入海參並以小火煮約25分鐘,再放置冷卻。
3.取出軟化的海參將其順頭至尾剪開,將內臟取出並清洗內部雜質。如還有部分較硬不易清除,需將海參重新滾煮至柔 軟才可開始清理。
4.將清洗過後的海參加入大量清水,放入冰箱冷藏約72小時。每12小時換一次水,讓海參發泡至軟即可開始烹煮食用。
P.S.:發泡後的海參,可以比照水餃冷凍方式(放拖盤上去冷凍),再2-4隻一袋,存放凍箱,可達半年以上,不凍傷即可。
